MFD 99 VIII ist eine multifunktionale Anzeige. Es kann als durchgängiges Beschriftungs-/Leuchtfeld mit Flächenausleuchtung verwendet werden. Alternativ können verschiedene Displays integriert werden. Das Display wird im oberen Feld des MFD 99 VIII platziert. Im mittleren Feld, in dem sich das Notlicht befindet, können Logos und Texte dargestellt werden. Im unteren Bereich können Piktogramme gemäß EN 81-70 sowie sechs weitere Symbole dargestellt werden. Der integrierte Summer kann parallel zur Überlastanzeige angesteuert werden.

At their standard position, the two emergency call pictograms are configured for Low Current power supply (3 - 30 V DC / 2,5 mA).

Once their position is shifted or if MFD 99 VIII is employed as full-size luminous field, the supply voltage must be set to 12 - 30 V DC / 20 mA by means of a DIP switch.
