Rainbow Button RB 42 IX is a capacitive button for installation behind non-conducting materials like glass, acryl glass, etc.

Installation behind conducting surfaces (e. g. mirrors, conductive lacquer) is only possible as a special installation and must be clarified with SCHAEFER in each individual case! 

The luminous colours for quiescent state (permanent illumination) and acknowledgement state (recall light) are different. For both states, the luminous colours and the luminosity are freely adjustable. In combination with the Power Saver PS 42 it is possible to reduce the luminosity of the RB 42 IX depending on motion detection or the ambient brightness.
